No refund will be made once the cleaning service has been carried out!
If for some reason payment has been made twice (or through outside error) you can choose credit towards your next scheduled clean or refunded of that amount. A refund will be issued if a cleaner does not attend a cleaning visit and if payment has already been received by the business.
Any other circumstances no refund can be claimed, and payment is expected!
If for any reason the client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they
must notify the business within 4 hours, and this will be rectified at our next available time slot.
While the cleaners make every effort not to break or damage items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, the business requests all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally
valuable) be stored away and/or not cleaned and told to your cleaner in person and told to the business via email.
The business shall not be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any household fixtures. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, painted bathrooms etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. Any damages made by pre-existing loose fittings, damaged furniture, or structures at the premises during the cleaning process, incorrect or faulty installation of any fixtures, surfaces, or furniture piece.
