We do collect client's personal information to use for booking and contact methods only within J&J’s Swift Cleaning. Only the required personal information is shared between owner and supervisor and manager, such as address, name and phone number. 

Our team will treat all clients - current and perspective, with kindness, honesty, and respect. We ask that you do the same. We simply will refuse service if a client is continuously disrespectful, unkind, or dishonest to our team. We do have a complaint process and ask that you get in contact with us straight away.
